Psychological Online Counseling

The basis of a psychological coaching or therapy are individual psychological basic needs, which can be blocked by external circumstances or inner conflicts and usually have their origin in the past. Numerous studies prove that online psychological treatment is just as effective and personal as traditional psychological on-site treatment. However, there are some limitations:

An initial consultation usually takes a little longer than the other consultations. This gives us enough time to discuss your concerns in detail and to get to know each other. Subsequently, initial goals for the treatment are set and biographical information is collected.

The frequency of the talks is determined individually in the first consultation, depending on the concerns and the availability. It is important that the discussed topics can be transferred into everyday life and implemented directly. The defined goals are evaluated regularly

Emails
per 5 minutes

Emails between consultations with consulting matter are charged at 5 minutes.

There are situations where it can be helpful to have a brief exchange between consultations or to get advice immediately, which is well suited via email or a short phone call. Emails/Phone calls of a consulting nature are charged at 5 minutes (15 CHF).

Couples counselling

Couples counselling provides couples with a safe space in which to understand relationship dynamics, improve communication and resolve conflicts constructively. We work to build mutual understanding and strengthen the emotional bond.


The costs of psychological online counseling are also co-financed by the supplementary insurance, depending on the health insurance. If necessary, clarify it with your insurance in advance. I do not offer cover via basic insurance.

Please note that appointments will be charged at full price in any case if the agreed appointment is missed or cancellation occurs at short notice
(less than 24h before the agreed appointment).
